An entrepreneur, task-driven and thought leader for the 21st century, JuRon McMillan exemplifies what it means to be effective and efficient by delivering high-quality and creative projects to his client’s doorstep. Coupled with experience and education, McMillan deploys a values-driven approach while supporting effective marketing and business best practices that sustain success for the clients he serves. 

In working with industry leaders, McMillan continues to support the effort by his clients to drive culture and change across a multitude of settings and systems including the entertainment, business, mental health, substance use, education, criminal adult and juvenile justice fields. 

McMillan consults with WCK Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on providing services and consultation to non-profits, businesses, local, state and federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime’s Training and Technical Assistance Center, the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Center for Trauma Informed Care, Maulding Brand Agency and other high-profile celebrities, relationships, companies and organizations. 

Also, McMillan consults with Building Bridges Initiative, a national initiative working to identify and promote practice and policy that will create strong and closely coordinated partnerships and collaborations between families, youth, community - and residentially - based treatment and service providers, advocates and policy makers to ensure that comprehensive mental health services and supports are available to improve the lives of young people and their families. 

McMillan received his Associate’s of Applied Science, Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management degrees from Westwood College. He enjoys health and fitness, traveling, kayaking, listening to music and relaxing on the beach.
