The William Kellibrew Foundation is an ideal organization to gain experience with a nonprofit organization, grant processes, communications, marketing, strategic planning as well as finance and accounting. For this reason, we have established an internship program for college/university students.
What you should know about our internship:
  • We are looking for students who like to work hands-on. These internship positions will allow the intern to work on specific projects throughout their rotation and gain experience in which ever fields he/she is interested in. 
  • Our interns are given tasks relevant to their interest and are exposed to countless officials and executives throughout the metropolitan area.
  • Internship positions are unpaid and do not provide housing
  • Enrolled in a college/university
  • Must be able to provide housing during the term of the internship
  • Two letters of recommendations
  • Submit an updated resume 
  • Submit a minimum of a one-page essay on the following topic: What do you hope to gain as an intern for the William Kellibrew foundation?

  • Finance Accounting
  • General Counsel/ Strategic Planning
  • Business Administration
  • Development/Fundraising
Internship Sessions:
  • Summer (June - August) 
  • Fall (August - November) 
  • Spring (Jan. - May)
